【摘要】：正心肌內(nèi)血腫(intramyocardial haematoma,IMH)是少見且嚴(yán)重的急性心肌梗死并發(fā)癥,可以出現(xiàn)在左心室游離壁、室間隔或右心室壁,臨床多難以確診或易發(fā)生誤診。本研究分析3例急性心肌梗死并發(fā)IMH的患者的超聲心動圖表現(xiàn),以提高臨床對該病的認(rèn)識。1資料與方法1.1一般資料收集2014年1月—2014年12月于我院住院治療的急性心肌梗死并發(fā)IMH患者3例,
[Abstract]:Positive intramyocardial hematoma (intramyocardial haematoma,IMH) is a rare and severe complication of acute myocardial infarction. It can occur in left ventricular free wall, septum or right ventricular wall. The echocardiographic findings of 3 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with IMH were analyzed. Data and methods 1.1 General data were collected from 3 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with IMH who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014.
