【摘要】：目的觀察急性腦梗死患者心率震蕩(HRT)與心率變異性(HRV)的相關(guān)性。方法選擇40例急性腦梗死患者和20例存在室性早搏但無(wú)器質(zhì)性心臟病的患者(對(duì)照組)進(jìn)行24 h動(dòng)態(tài)心電圖檢查,40例急性腦梗死患者中最終納入20例符合HRT分析條件者(觀察組),分析比較兩組HRT[震蕩初始(TO)、震蕩斜率(TS)]及HRV指標(biāo)[間期標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差(SDNN)、24 h內(nèi)連續(xù)5 min節(jié)段平均正常R-R間距標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差(SDANN)、連續(xù)正常R-R間距差的均方根(r MSSD)、兩個(gè)相鄰R-R間距標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差≥50 ms的心搏數(shù)占所分析信息間期內(nèi)心搏數(shù)的百分比(PNN50)、低頻功率(LF)、高頻功率(HF)、低頻功率/高頻功率(LF/HF)]。采用Pearson參數(shù)線性相關(guān)分析方法分析HRT與HRV各指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果觀察組TO高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),觀察組TS、SDANN均低于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。觀察組中TO與LF、LF/HF、TS呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r分別為-0.545、-0.511、-0.801,P均0.05),TS與SDNN、LF、LF/HF呈正相關(guān)(r分別為0.446、0.567、0.582,P均0.05)。結(jié)論急性腦梗死患者HRV降低時(shí),HRT減弱,提示其心臟自主神經(jīng)功能存在嚴(yán)重?fù)p害。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between (HRT) and HRV (HRV) in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
