【摘要】：目的調查開胸患者術后胸腔閉式引流管相關性感染狀況,為預防及降低引流管相關感染提供參考。方法選取2013年1月-2015年12月在醫(yī)院開胸手術后行胸腔閉式引流的患者120例,調查患者引流管相關性感染發(fā)生及可能引起感染發(fā)生的相關因素。結果 120例開胸手術患者術后發(fā)生引流管相關性感染28例,感染率23.34%,其中以引流管病原菌定植感染為主;培養(yǎng)出病原菌24株,分別為銅綠假單胞菌9株、肺炎克雷伯菌5株、金黃色葡萄球菌4株、溶血性葡萄球菌3株、表皮葡萄球菌2株、鮑氏不動桿菌1株,分別占37.50%、20.83%、16.67%、12.50%、8.33%、4.17%;年齡≥60歲、引流管留置時間、引流管個數、引流管護理次數為患者發(fā)生感染的相關因素。結論開胸患者術后胸腔閉式引流管相關性感染以引流管病原菌定植多見,創(chuàng)口及組織感染相對較少,銅綠假單胞菌是主要感染病原菌,患者年齡、引流管個數及留置時間、護理狀況與感染的發(fā)生有密切關系。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of thoracic closed drainage tube associated infection after thoracotomy, and to provide reference for prevention and reduction of drainage tube associated infection. Methods from January 2013 to December 2015, 120 patients who underwent thoracic closed drainage after open chest surgery in hospital were selected to investigate the incidence of drainage tube associated infection and the related factors that may cause the infection.
