【摘要】：目的了解北京市朝陽(yáng)區(qū)中小學(xué)校醫(yī)應(yīng)急知識(shí)水平、應(yīng)急教育需求,為改進(jìn)應(yīng)急教育提供依據(jù)。方法選取朝陽(yáng)區(qū)所有公立中小學(xué)校,每個(gè)學(xué)校抽取一名校醫(yī)進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 199人參加調(diào)查,男性112人(56.3%),女性87(43.7%)人;平均年齡(33.9±7.97)歲;文化程度以本科及以上為主,為81.8%。應(yīng)急知識(shí)平均分為(0.73±0.15)分;其中火災(zāi)相關(guān)知識(shí)掌握最好,得分為(0.92±0.17)分,急救相關(guān)知識(shí)得分最低,為(0.06±0.13)分。女性在地震、傳染病、食物中毒、急救相關(guān)知識(shí)方面得分均高于男性(P0.05)。應(yīng)急教育需求主要為地震(83.9%)、交通事故(80.4%)、傳染病(79.9%)、火災(zāi)(75.9%)和食物中毒(64.3%)等相關(guān)應(yīng)急知識(shí)。結(jié)論朝陽(yáng)區(qū)校醫(yī)應(yīng)急教育內(nèi)容與需求基本一致,需提高培訓(xùn)/演練頻次和擴(kuò)展培訓(xùn)/演練內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the level of medical emergency knowledge and the demand of emergency education in primary and middle schools in Chaoyang District, Beijing, so as to provide basis for improving emergency education. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in all public primary and secondary schools in Chaoyang District. Results there were 112 males (56.3%) and 87 females (43.7%), with an average age of (33.9 鹵7.97) years. The average score of emergency knowledge was (0.73 鹵0.15), and that of fire related knowledge was the best (0.92 鹵0.17), and that of first-aid knowledge was the lowest (0.06 鹵0.13). The scores of women in earthquake, infectious disease, food poisoning and first aid were higher than that in men (P0.05). The emergency education needs mainly included earthquake (83.9%), traffic accident (80.4%), infectious disease (79.9%), fire (75.9%) and food poisoning (64.3%). Conclusion the content of emergency education for school doctors in Chaoyang District is basically consistent with the demand, and the frequency of training / exercise should be increased and the contents of training / exercise should be expanded.
