【摘要】：目的觀察急性前循環(huán)腦梗死患者血清單核細(xì)胞趨化蛋白1(MCP-1)、血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞鈣黏蛋白(VE-cadherin)水平,探討其臨床意義。方法選取112例急性前循環(huán)腦梗死患者(腦梗死組),其中完全前循環(huán)腦梗死(TACI)15例、部分前循環(huán)腦梗死(PACI)97例,進(jìn)展性腦梗死37例、非進(jìn)展性腦梗死75例,輕型47例、中型41例和重型24例。另選49例健康體檢者為對(duì)照組。檢測(cè)兩組血清MCP-1、VE-cadherin水平。結(jié)果腦梗死組血清MCP-1、VE-cadherin水平均高于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。TACI患者血清MCP-1、VE-cadherin水平均高于PACI患者(P均0.05)。進(jìn)展性腦梗死患者血清MCP-1、VE-cadherin水平均高于非進(jìn)展性腦梗死患者(P均0.01)。輕、中、重型腦梗死患者血清MCP-1、VE-cadherin水平逐漸升高(P均0.05)。結(jié)論急性前循環(huán)腦梗死患者血清MCP-1、VE-cadherin水平升高,二者的水平變化可以反映腦梗死患者臨床類型、病情進(jìn)展及疾病嚴(yán)重程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical significance of serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and vascular endothelial cell cadherin (VE-cadherin) in patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods A total of 112 patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction (ACI group) were selected, including 15 patients with complete anterior circulation cerebral infarction (TACI), 97 patients with partial anterior circulation infarction (PACI), 37 patients with progressive cerebral infarction, 75 patients with non-progressive cerebral infarction and 47 patients with mild cerebral infarction. There were 41 cases of medium and 24 cases of severe. 49 healthy persons were selected as control group. Serum MCP-1,VE-cadherin levels were measured in both groups. Results the level of serum MCP-1,VE-cadherin in cerebral infarction group was higher than that in control group (P 0. 05). The serum MCP-1,VE-cadherin level in patients with cerebral infarction was higher than that in PACI patients (P 0. 05). Serum MCP-1,VE-cadherin levels in patients with progressive cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in patients with non-progressive cerebral infarction (P 0. 01). The serum MCP-1,VE-cadherin level increased gradually in mild, moderate and severe cerebral infarction patients (all P 0. 05). Conclusion the level of serum MCP-1,VE-cadherin in patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction is increased. The changes of both levels can reflect the clinical type, disease progression and severity of the disease in patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction.
