左西孟旦改善急性有機磷農(nóng)藥中毒患者心功能效果觀察
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of levosimendan on cardiac function in patients with cardiac insufficiency caused by acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP). Methods 51 patients with cardiac dysfunction caused by AOPP were randomly divided into control group (n = 26) and treatment group (n = 25). Both groups were treated with routine internal medicine combined with hemoperfusion of (HP) and continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVH). The control group was continuously pumped into dobutamine by micropump, while the treatment group was treated with micropump continuous pump into levosimendan injection. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVIDd),) were measured by echocardiography before treatment and 48 hours after treatment. Peripheral venous blood was extracted to detect the level of B-type brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) (BNP) in plasma. The death cases of 28 days, the duration of mechanical ventilation and the mortality of the two groups were recorded. Results compared with before treatment, LVEF increased, LVIDd and BNP decreased at each time point after treatment in both groups (P0. 05). Compared with the control group, the LVEF increased and the LVIDd and BNP decreased at each time point after treatment in the treatment group. Plasma BNP levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment at all time points after treatment. Plasma BNP levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group at 48 h after treatment (P < 0. 05). The fatality rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group at 28 days (P0.05), and the time of mechanical ventilation was less than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Levomycin can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients with cardiac insufficiency caused by AOPP, reduce the mortality and shorten the time of mechanical ventilation.
