【摘要】：目的探討中老年燒傷患者的心理健康現(xiàn)況及其影響因素。方法 205例中年燒傷患者為研究對(duì)象,采用問卷調(diào)查方式調(diào)查患者的一般資料、希望水平、應(yīng)對(duì)方式和社會(huì)支持情況。采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析患者心理健康水平的影響因素。結(jié)果中老年燒傷患者的SCL-90評(píng)分中抑郁、焦慮、敵對(duì)、偏執(zhí)、軀體不適、精神疾患評(píng)分及總分均顯著高于國(guó)內(nèi)常模(P0.05);強(qiáng)迫、人際關(guān)系和其他方面得分與國(guó)內(nèi)常模比較統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。單因素顯示,不同婚姻狀況、文化程度、醫(yī)療費(fèi)用、燒傷程度患者間SCL-90總分比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型顯示,性別、婚姻狀況、文化程度、社會(huì)支持及對(duì)應(yīng)方式對(duì)患者心理健康水平有直接影響作用。社會(huì)支持可以通過對(duì)應(yīng)方式(0.312)間接對(duì)患者心理健康水平產(chǎn)生影響,文化程度可以通過對(duì)應(yīng)方式(0.225)間接對(duì)患者心理健康水平產(chǎn)生影響。結(jié)論中年燒傷患者心理健康水平低于國(guó)內(nèi)常模水平,臨床醫(yī)務(wù)人員應(yīng)知曉其影響因素,開展有針對(duì)性的心理干預(yù)提升患者的希望水平,以達(dá)到緩解患者身心癥狀和提高生活質(zhì)量的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the mental health status and influencing factors of middle-aged burn patients. Methods 205 cases of middle aged burn patients were investigated by questionnaire. The general data, level of hope, coping style and social support were investigated. Structural equation model was used to analyze the influencing factors of patients' mental health level. Results the scores of depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoid ideation, somatic discomfort, mental disorder and total score in the middle and old aged burn patients were significantly higher than those in the national norm (P0.05), and the scores of compulsion, interpersonal relationship and other aspects were significantly higher than those of the domestic norm (P0.05). Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in total scores of SCL-90 among patients with different marital status, education, medical expenses and burn degree (P0.05). The structural equation model showed that gender, marital status, educational level, social support and corresponding ways had direct influence on the mental health level of patients. Social support can indirectly affect the mental health level of patients through the corresponding mode (0.312), and the education level can indirectly affect the mental health level of the patients through the corresponding mode (0.225). Conclusion the mental health level of middle aged burn patients is lower than that of the national norm. The clinical medical staff should know the influencing factors and carry out targeted psychological intervention to improve the patients' level of hope. In order to alleviate the physical and mental symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life.
