【摘要】：正安眠藥中毒是內(nèi)科臨床常見急重癥,由于攝入過量鎮(zhèn)靜、安定、催眠類藥物,從而增加腦內(nèi)β-內(nèi)啡肽釋放,作用在阿片受體之后容易導(dǎo)致呼吸和中樞神經(jīng)抑制,加之β-內(nèi)啡肽可以抑制前列腺素與兒茶酚胺的心血管效應(yīng),導(dǎo)致心率減慢、血壓降低,進(jìn)而發(fā)生呼吸循環(huán)衰竭[1-2]。本研究通過對本院搶救的安眠藥中毒患者予以鹽酸納美芬+醒腦靜注射液治療,取得較滿意效果,現(xiàn)報告如下:1資料與方法1.1一般資料回顧性分析2013年1月至2014年12月本院搶救的86例安眠藥中毒患者臨床資料,按照不
[Abstract]:Positive hypnotic poisoning is a common acute and severe disease in internal medicine. Due to excessive intake of sedative, diazepam and hypnotic drugs, 尾 -endorphin release in the brain is increased, which can easily lead to respiratory and central nervous inhibition after opioid receptors. In addition, 尾 -endorphin can inhibit the cardiovascular effects of prostaglandin and catecholamine, resulting in a decrease in heart rate and blood pressure, leading to respiratory and circulatory failure [1-2]. In this study, we treated the patients with hypnotic poisoning treated with namefen hydrochloride Xingnaojing injection, and achieved satisfactory results. This paper reports the following data as follows: 1: 1 and method 1.1. Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 86 patients with hypnotoxication treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014.
