【摘要】：目的 探討以多發(fā)性急性腦梗死為表現(xiàn)的Trousseau綜合征臨床、實驗室檢查及影像學特點。方法收集了11例以多發(fā)性急性腦梗死為表現(xiàn)的Trousseau綜合征患者的臨床資料、實驗室檢查、影像學資料,進行總結分析。結果 11例患者男性4例,女性7例,年齡為45~80歲;肺癌4例,肺癌伴肝轉移2例,直腸癌1例,胰腺癌1例,胃癌2例,卵巢癌1例;D-二聚體為10.11~40.56 mg/L,平均為29.10 mg/L;頭磁共振表現(xiàn)為多個動脈支配區(qū)的多發(fā)性腦梗死。結論 腫瘤相關性多發(fā)性急性腦梗死是Trousseau綜合征的一種表現(xiàn)形式,其表現(xiàn)特點為累及多個動脈支配區(qū)的多發(fā)性急性腦梗死伴有血D-二聚體顯著升高,這些特征性表現(xiàn)可以作為隱匿性癌癥的線索之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical, laboratory and imaging features of Trousseau syndrome with multiple acute cerebral infarction. Methods 11 cases of Trousseau syndrome with multiple acute cerebral infarction were collected and analyzed. Results there were 4 males and 7 females aged 4580 years, 4 cases of lung cancer, 2 cases of lung cancer with liver metastasis, 1 case of rectal cancer, 1 case of pancreatic cancer and 2 cases of gastric cancer. In one case of ovarian cancer, the D-dimer was 10.11 ~ 40.56 mg / L, with an average of 29.10 mg / L, and the head magnetic resonance showed multiple cerebral infarction in multiple arterial innermost areas. Conclusion multiple acute cerebral infarction associated with tumor is a manifestation of Trousseau syndrome. These characteristic manifestations can be used as one of the clues to occult cancer.
