【摘要】：目的研究血清脂聯(lián)素(APN)水平與急性腦梗死患者神經(jīng)功能缺損程度的相關(guān)性。方法測定55例急性腦梗死患者及51例健康對照者的APN、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP),并分析治療前、治療3個月后APN水平與腦梗死患者神經(jīng)功能缺損程度的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果腦梗死組與對照組治療前、治療3個月后APN比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);Hcy治療前后兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);CRP治療前后兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。APN降低、Hcy和CRP升高均是腦梗死的危險因素。治療前APN與神經(jīng)功能缺損程度呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.69,P0.01),治療3個月后APN與神經(jīng)功能缺損程度也呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.71,P0.01)。結(jié)論 APN水平與急性腦梗死神經(jīng)功能缺損程度可能具有相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the correlation between serum adiponectin (APN) level and neurological deficit in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods APN and homocysteine C reactive protein (HCH) C-reactive protein were measured in 55 patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and 51 healthy controls. The correlation between APN levels and the degree of neurological impairment in patients with cerebral infarction was analyzed before and 3 months after treatment. Results before the treatment of cerebral infarction group and control group, There was significant difference in APN between the two groups after 3 months of treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after P0.05 Hcy treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment. The decrease of Hcy and CRP were both risk factors of cerebral infarction. Before treatment, there was a negative correlation between APN and the degree of nerve function defect. After 3 months of treatment, there was a negative correlation between APN and the degree of nerve function defect. Conclusion APN level may be correlated with the degree of neurological deficit in acute cerebral infarction.
