【摘要】：正目前國內(nèi)外有關(guān)危重孕產(chǎn)婦(maternal nearmiss,MNM)診斷標(biāo)準差別很大,難以合理判斷在產(chǎn)科危急重癥診斷及治療中存在的關(guān)鍵問題。如何將危重孕產(chǎn)婦診治納入有效監(jiān)測管理系統(tǒng),減少孕產(chǎn)婦死亡,意義重大。文章結(jié)合目前國內(nèi)外有關(guān)危重孕產(chǎn)婦診治相關(guān)文獻、指南及我國孕產(chǎn)
[Abstract]:At present, the diagnostic criteria of maternal mises (MNMMN) in critical pregnant women at home and abroad are very different, so it is difficult to reasonably judge the key problems existing in the diagnosis and treatment of obstetrical critical diseases. It is of great significance to bring critical maternal diagnosis and treatment into an effective monitoring management system to reduce maternal mortality. This article combines the relevant literature, guidelines and pregnancy and delivery of critical pregnant and parturient women at home and abroad at present.
