【摘要】：急性循環(huán)衰竭(休克)是以微循環(huán)功能障礙為基礎(chǔ)組織低灌注、多器官功能障礙為特征的一系列臨床表現(xiàn),病情危重。需要提高早期識別和診斷能力,早期采取針對性的個體化綜合干預(yù)措施,以改善組織灌注和氧供為中心穩(wěn)定生命體征,保護(hù)器官功能,去除病因和誘發(fā)因素,并通過血流動力學(xué)檢測,進(jìn)行危險度分層和預(yù)后評估�！都毙匝h(huán)衰竭中國急診臨床實踐專家共識》的發(fā)布,有助于提高我國急診科對急性循環(huán)衰竭(休克)的早期識別、診斷和處置,有利于促進(jìn)對本病診療的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和規(guī)范化,以挽救患者生命和提高生存質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Acute circulatory failure (shock) is a series of clinical manifestations characterized by microcirculatory dysfunction as the basic tissue hypoperfusion and multiple organ dysfunction. It is necessary to improve the ability of early identification and diagnosis, to take individualized and comprehensive intervention measures, to improve tissue perfusion and oxygen supply as the center to stabilize vital signs, to protect organ function, and to remove the etiology and inducing factors. Through hemodynamic examination, risk stratification and prognosis assessment were carried out. The publication of the consensus of experts on Emergency Clinical practice of Acute circulatory failure in China was helpful to improve the early recognition of acute circulatory failure (shock) in the emergency department of our country. Diagnosis and treatment are helpful to promote the standardization and standardization of diagnosis and treatment of this disease in order to save patients' lives and improve the quality of life.
