【摘要】：目的分析及研究Toll樣受體及T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群與膿毒癥的關(guān)系,以為膿毒癥的診治提供依據(jù)。方法選取2015年1月-2016年4月醫(yī)院診治55例膿毒癥患者為觀察組,另選取同期55名健康體檢者為對照組,比較兩組研究對象外周血單核細(xì)胞Toll樣受體(TLR-2、TLR-4、TLR-7及TLR-9)及T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群指標(biāo),然后比較觀察組中不同嚴(yán)重程度膿毒癥患者上述血液指標(biāo),同時采用logistic分析Toll樣受體及T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群與膿毒癥的關(guān)系。結(jié)果觀察組TLR-2、TLR-4、TLR-7及TLR-9水平分別為(39.89±3.59)%、(17.33±1.60)%、(18.85±1.79)%及(62.68±7.32)%,其均高于對照組(16.16±1.53)%、(8.20±0.71)%、(3.31±0.28)%及(41.51±5.20)%;T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群指標(biāo)均低于對照組,且觀察組中膿毒癥、嚴(yán)重膿毒癥及膿毒性休克患者的檢測水平也存在明顯差異;經(jīng)logistic分析,Toll樣受體及T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群均與膿毒癥有密切的關(guān)系,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論膿毒癥患者Toll樣受體及T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群指標(biāo)呈現(xiàn)明顯異常狀態(tài),且其嚴(yán)重程度對上述指標(biāo)的表達(dá)影響較大,應(yīng)重視對上述指標(biāo)的監(jiān)測與改善。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between Toll-like receptor and T-lymphocyte subsets and sepsis in order to provide evidence for diagnosis and treatment of sepsis. Methods from January 2015 to April 2016, 55 patients with sepsis were selected as observation group and 55 healthy persons as control group. The peripheral blood monocyte Toll like receptor TLR-2TLR-4 TLR-7 and TLR-9) and T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups. At the same time, logistic was used to analyze the relationship between Toll like receptor and T lymphocyte subsets and sepsis. Results the levels of TLR-2, TLR-4, TLR-7 and TLR-9 in the observation group were 39.89 鹵3.59 and 17.33 鹵1.60, 18.85 鹵1.79% and 62.68 鹵7.32%, respectively, which were higher than those in the control group (16.16 鹵1.53), 8.20 鹵0.28% and 41.51 鹵5.20%, respectively. Logistic analysis showed that Toll-like receptors and T lymphocyte subsets were closely related to sepsis, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the indexes of Toll like receptor and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with sepsis are obviously abnormal, and their severity has a great influence on the expression of these indexes. Therefore, attention should be paid to the monitoring and improvement of the above indexes.
