【摘要】：結(jié)核分枝桿菌（Mycobacterium tuberculosis，MTB）耐多藥的產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重加大了肺結(jié)核治療的難度，，使患者的生活質(zhì)量嚴(yán)重下降，死亡率大大增加，是全球結(jié)核病疫情控制的巨大阻礙，對(duì)耐多藥肺結(jié)核治療方法的改進(jìn)提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)[1-3]。由于內(nèi)科有效化療藥物開發(fā)進(jìn)度緩慢，耐多藥肺結(jié)核病患者對(duì)手術(shù)治療的需求將逐漸增加。耐多藥肺結(jié)核若已經(jīng)發(fā)展至嚴(yán)重肺部毀損，導(dǎo)致慢性呼吸衰竭，患者將不能耐受手術(shù)治療，手術(shù)者也將無法進(jìn)行手術(shù)，這部分患者基本上是在等待死亡。本綜述主要探討耐多藥患者手術(shù)治療的重要性，手術(shù)時(shí)機(jī)的把握及手術(shù)適應(yīng)證選擇的重要性。旨在對(duì)耐多藥肺結(jié)核患者延遲手術(shù)治療，錯(cuò)失手術(shù)時(shí)機(jī)，這一現(xiàn)象提出警示。
[Abstract]:The production of multi-drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosism MTB has seriously increased the difficulty of tuberculosis treatment, seriously reduced the quality of life of patients and greatly increased the mortality rate, which is a huge obstacle to the control of the global tuberculosis epidemic situation. A new challenge to improve the treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis [1-3]. Due to the slow development of effective chemotherapeutic drugs in internal medicine, the demand for surgical treatment of MDR-TB patients will increase gradually. If MDR-TB has developed to severe lung damage, resulting in chronic respiratory failure, patients will not be able to tolerate surgical treatment, surgery will also be unable to perform surgery, this part of the patient is basically waiting to die. This review focuses on the importance of surgical treatment, timing of operation and selection of surgical indications for multidrug resistant patients. The aim of this paper is to warn patients with multi-drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis (MDR) of delayed surgical treatment and missed surgical opportunity.
