【摘要】：目的 :觀察急性腦梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平和其他常見危險(xiǎn)因素的變化,并探討它們之間的相關(guān)性。方法:測定392例急性腦梗死血清同型半胱氨酸水平,分為高同型半胱氨酸血癥腦梗死組(HHcy腦梗死組)88例及同型半胱氨酸正常腦梗死組(n Hcy腦梗死組)304例,并將其臨床特點(diǎn)、血糖、血脂水平、尿酸水平、D-二聚體及糖化血紅蛋白水平特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果:HHcy腦梗死組患者中男性比例多于n Hcy腦梗死組,血清Hcy及糖化血紅蛋白水平高于n Hcy腦梗死組,梗死面積較n Hcy腦梗死組大,且均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。相關(guān)性分析顯示Hcy水平分別與尿酸及D-二聚體水平呈正相關(guān)(r值為0.144和0.129,P值均0.05)。結(jié)論:高同型半胱氨酸血癥腦梗死發(fā)病以男性多見,梗死面積較大,且與尿酸及D-二聚體水平相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the changes of serum homocysteine cysts and other common risk factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction and to explore the correlation between them. Methods: the serum homocysteine levels were measured in 392 patients with acute cerebral infarction. They were divided into hyperhomocysteinemia cerebral infarction group (n = 88) and homocysteine normal cerebral infarction group (n = 304). The characteristics of D-dimer and glycosylated hemoglobin were analyzed retrospectively. Results the ratio of male to male was higher than that of n Hcy cerebral infarction group, and the level of serum Hcy and glycosylated hemoglobin was higher than that of n Hcy cerebral infarction group, and the infarct area was larger than that of n Hcy cerebral infarction group, and all had statistical significance (P 0.05). The correlation analysis showed that the level of Hcy was positively correlated with uric acid and D-dimer levels, respectively. The r values were 0.144 and 0.129 P, respectively. Conclusion: the incidence of hyperhomocysteinemia cerebral infarction is more common in male, the infarct size is larger, and it is related to uric acid and D-dimer level.
