【摘要】：目的：探討肩峰、鎖骨形態(tài)及肩鎖關(guān)節(jié)角度與肩峰下撞擊綜合征之間關(guān)系。方法：選擇年齡從20-60歲的正常50例,按左右側(cè)進行分組。用電子計算機X射線斷層掃描技術(shù)平掃+三維重建岡上肌出口位肩峰和鎖骨形態(tài),重建出76個肩峰及76鎖骨,并對其分類及組合,測量肩峰和鎖骨之間角度。結(jié)果：肩峰分三型,I型平坦型,占42%；II型為弧形,占50%；Ⅲ型為鉤型,占8%.鎖骨分三型：I型為彎型,占23%；II型為斜形,占56%；Ⅲ型為平型,占21%。肩鎖關(guān)節(jié)平均角度為左側(cè)為17.43。,右側(cè)為15.62。。結(jié)論：螺旋CT行薄層掃描能對肩峰和鎖骨形態(tài)的分析清晰、準(zhǔn)確,較X線優(yōu)勢明顯,分型結(jié)果能準(zhǔn)確反映不同肩峰和鎖骨各種組合,不同形態(tài)肩峰及鎖骨與肩鎖關(guān)節(jié)角度沒有明顯差異,鎖骨形態(tài)參與肩峰下空間的構(gòu)成,對肩峰下撞擊綜合征的病因、診斷、治療有意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between acromioclavicular and acromioclavicular joint angle and subacromioclavicular impingement syndrome. Methods: 50 normal patients aged from 20 to 60 years old were divided into groups according to left and right side. The shape of acromion and clavicle at outlet position of supraspinatus muscle was reconstructed by computerized X-ray tomography technique. 76 acromions and 76 clavicles were reconstructed, and the angle between acromion and clavicle was measured.
