【摘要】：正慢性創(chuàng)面(chronic wounds)是指機(jī)體正常皮膚及組織損傷后,因內(nèi)外因素作用,接受超過(guò)1個(gè)月的正規(guī)治療,而無(wú)法經(jīng)過(guò)及時(shí)、有序、正常的修復(fù)程序,達(dá)到解剖及功能上完整、無(wú)愈合傾向的創(chuàng)面~([1-2])。臨床上常見(jiàn)慢性創(chuàng)面有糖尿病足潰瘍、創(chuàng)傷性潰瘍、壓力性潰瘍、下肢靜脈潰瘍等。由于缺血缺氧、高血糖、失神經(jīng)等情況,慢性創(chuàng)面中具有先天免疫功能的表皮受損,皮下組織外露,具有濕潤(rùn)環(huán)境,豐富營(yíng)養(yǎng),為細(xì)菌生物膜的形成
[Abstract]:Chronic wound damage refers to the fact that after normal skin and tissue injury, the body is treated regularly for more than one month due to internal and external factors, but unable to undergo timely, orderly and normal repair procedures to achieve anatomical and functional integrity. Wounds with no tendency to heal ([1-2]). The common chronic wounds include diabetic foot ulcer, traumatic ulcer, pressure ulcer, venous ulcer of lower extremity and so on. Due to ischemia and hypoxia, hyperglycemia, denervation and so on, the epidermis with innate immune function is damaged, the subcutaneous tissue is exposed, it has moist environment and rich nutrition, which is the formation of bacterial biofilm.
