【摘要】：正例1患者,男,16歲,因反復(fù)發(fā)熱17 d,加重伴氣促1 d于2015年11月7日入院。體格檢查:全身皮膚黏膜黃染,全身多處散在皮下出血點(diǎn),淋巴結(jié)、肝脾陰性。胸腹部CT:雙肺炎癥,雙側(cè)胸腔積液,脾增大。入院后查血常規(guī):WBC 16.88×10~9·L~(-1)、Hb 100 g/L、PLT 211.00×10~9·L~(-1)。生化:ALT 666 U/L、AST 4 020 U/L、
[Abstract]:Case 1, male, 16 years old, was admitted to hospital on November 7, 2015 because of recurrent fever for 17 days and exacerbation with shortness of breath for 1 d. Physical examination: the whole body skin mucosal yellow stain, the whole body scattered in the subcutaneous bleeding point, lymph nodes, liver and spleen negative. Chest and abdomen CT: bilateral lung inflammation, bilateral pleural effusion, spleen enlargement. After admission to hospital, the blood routine examination was performed with blood routine test of 16.88 脳 10 ~ (9) L ~ (-1) hb 100 g / L ~ (211.00 脳 10 ~ (9)) L ~ (-1).
