【摘要】：正1為更好地救治創(chuàng)傷患者,第一時(shí)間挽救患者生命,根據(jù)國家相關(guān)法規(guī)、輸血醫(yī)學(xué)理論,本分會組織上海部分輸血醫(yī)學(xué)專家探討并達(dá)成《創(chuàng)傷緊急救治通用型紅細(xì)胞輸注專家共識》(簡稱本共識)。2本共識僅針對創(chuàng)傷患者抵達(dá)醫(yī)院急診科后所開展的緊急搶救治療時(shí)段的臨床血液輸注治療。3本共識所指的通用型紅細(xì)胞是指O型懸浮紅細(xì)胞,抗-A、抗-B效價(jià)≤256;此懸浮紅細(xì)胞僅適用于緊急救治創(chuàng)傷患者輸注。
