【摘要】：目的·檢測(cè)新型殼聚糖 硝酸銀凝膠材料的殺菌效果及其對(duì)創(chuàng)面愈合的影響。方法·通過(guò)使用離子半透膜檢測(cè)新型凝膠材料的體外銀離子釋放速率;通過(guò)體外菌落計(jì)數(shù)的方法檢測(cè)該材料對(duì)耐甲氧西林金黃色葡糖球菌(MRSA)、大腸埃希菌及白念珠菌的殺滅作用,利用大鼠背部的創(chuàng)面模型檢測(cè)新材料對(duì)MRSA的殺滅作用;同時(shí)分別觀察新材料、磺胺嘧啶銀乳膏及莫匹羅星軟膏對(duì)大鼠感染創(chuàng)面愈合的影響。結(jié)果·與對(duì)照組相比,新材料中的銀離子可以緩慢釋放;殺菌實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,較其他藥物,殼聚糖 硝酸銀凝膠材料具有更好的殺滅MRSA、大腸埃希菌、白念珠菌的作用;動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)也顯示新材料可以有效促進(jìn)大鼠背部創(chuàng)面的愈合。結(jié)論·由殼聚糖和硝酸銀及輔料合成的新型殼聚糖 硝酸銀凝膠材料不僅具有明顯的殺菌效果,同時(shí)也能夠促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面的愈合。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the bactericidal effect of a new chitosan silver nitrate gel material and its effect on wound healing.Methods the in vitro silver ion release rate of the new gel material was detected by ion semi-permeable membrane, and the killing effect of the material on methicillin-resistant glucococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans was detected by colony counting in vitro.The effects of new materials on MRSA and the effects of new materials, silver sulfadiazine cream and mupiroxine ointment on the healing of infected wounds in rats were investigated by using the rat back wound model.Results compared with the control group, the silver ions in the new material could be released slowly, and the results of bactericidal test showed that the silver gel material of chitosan nitrate had a better effect on killing MRSA, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans than other drugs.Animal experiments also show that the new material can effectively promote the healing of back wounds in rats.Conclusion the new chitosan silver nitrate gel material synthesized from chitosan, silver nitrate and its excipients not only has obvious bactericidal effect, but also can promote wound healing.
