【摘要】：目的探討顱腦損傷術(shù)后并發(fā)腦梗死的相關(guān)因素。方法回顧性分析顱腦損傷手術(shù)治療患者89例的臨床資料,根據(jù)是否出現(xiàn)術(shù)后腦梗死分為腦梗死組和對照組。比較兩組患者的臨床資料,分析患者發(fā)生術(shù)后腦梗死的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果術(shù)后腦梗死組患者年齡≥61歲的比例、腦內(nèi)血腫的比例、患者有高血壓、糖尿病、房顫病史的比例、受傷至入院時間12 h的患者比例、吸煙飲酒的患者比例也顯著高于對照組(P0.05或P0.01)。結(jié)論顱腦損傷術(shù)后腦梗死是嚴重的并發(fā)癥,而高齡、腦內(nèi)血腫、受傷至入院時間長、患者合并高血壓、糖尿病、房顫以及有吸煙和飲酒史是患者發(fā)生術(shù)后腦梗死的危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the related factors of cerebral infarction after craniocerebral injury.Methods the clinical data of 89 patients with craniocerebral injury treated by operation were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into cerebral infarction group and control group according to the occurrence of postoperative cerebral infarction.The clinical data of the two groups were compared and the related factors of postoperative cerebral infarction were analyzed.Results the proportion of patients aged more than 61 years, the proportion of intracerebral hematoma, the proportion of patients with hypertension, diabetes mellitus, atrial fibrillation history, and the proportion of patients with injury to hospitalization time of 12 hours after operation were analyzed.The proportion of smoking and drinking patients was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.05 or P 0.01).Conclusion Cerebral infarction after craniocerebral injury is a serious complication. Elderly patients, intracerebral hematoma, long time from injury to admission, patients with hypertension, diabetes, atrial fibrillation, smoking and drinking history are the risk factors of postoperative cerebral infarction.
