【摘要】：目的通過對健康人群、心絞痛患者以及急性心肌梗死患者中血清高遷移率族蛋白B1（HMGB1）及超敏C-反應蛋白（hs-CRP）水平的測定，研究HMGB1和冠狀動脈病變程度的關系，以及HMGB1在反映冠脈狹窄程度上與hs-CRP的相關性，以探討HMGB1在CHD診斷和治療中的重要價值。 方法選取上海市浦東新區(qū)公利醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科2011年12月至2012年10月冠脈造影明確冠心病患者281例（CHD組）,其中心絞痛159例,心肌梗死122例,以及健康人群180例（對照組）作為研究對象。用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法（ELISA）方法檢測研究對象空腹血清HMGB1和hs-CRP水平。 結果急性心肌梗死（AMI）病人血清HMGB1和hs-CRP水平顯著高于心絞痛（AP）和對照組（P㩳0.01）；心絞痛病人血清HMGB1和hs-CRP水平顯著高于對照組（P㩳0.01）。CHD各組病人血清HMGB1和hs-CRP水平均呈正相關（r=0.162和r=0.326，P0.05）。 結論血清HMGB1和hs-CRP濃度的變化認為血清AMI和AP具有明確的診斷價值，HMGB1濃度同hs-CRP成為動脈粥樣硬化性心臟病的預測因子。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between HMGB1 and severity of coronary artery disease by measuring the levels of serum high mobility group protein B1HMGB1 and high sensitive C-reactive protein hs-CRP in healthy people, patients with angina pectoris and patients with acute myocardial infarction.And the correlation between HMGB1 and hs-CRP in reflecting the degree of coronary stenosis, so as to explore the important value of HMGB1 in the diagnosis and treatment of CHD.Methods 281 patients with coronary heart disease confirmed by coronary angiography from December 2011 to October 2012, including 159 patients with angina pectoris and 122 patients with myocardial infarction, were selected from Department of Cardiology, Gongli Hospital, Pudong New District, Shanghai.And 180 healthy people (control group) as the study object.The fasting serum HMGB1 and hs-CRP levels were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa).緇撴灉鎬ユ，
