【摘要】：目的:探討顱內(nèi)壓(intracranial pressure,ICP)監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)顱腦外傷患者治療的指導(dǎo)意義以及對(duì)治療效果和預(yù)后的影響。方法:對(duì)南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院神經(jīng)外科2013年5月—2016年5月收治的110例顱腦外傷患者進(jìn)行研究,ICP監(jiān)測(cè)組51例,對(duì)照組59例。結(jié)果:術(shù)后6個(gè)月GOS評(píng)分結(jié)果顯示ICP監(jiān)測(cè)組預(yù)后好于對(duì)照組(P0.05),在治療中甘露醇使用量、ICU住院時(shí)間,ICP監(jiān)測(cè)組均好于對(duì)照組,對(duì)于術(shù)后遲發(fā)型血腫和顱內(nèi)感染兩組并無差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:ICP監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)于顱腦外傷術(shù)后治療起到了積極作用,有助于患者預(yù)后恢復(fù)以及合理藥物使用,且并沒有增加術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the guiding significance of intracranial pressure monitoring in patients with craniocerebral trauma and its influence on the treatment effect and prognosis of patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods: 110 patients with craniocerebral trauma admitted from May 2013 to May 2016 in the Neurosurgery Department of the first affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were studied in ICP monitoring group (51 cases) and control group (59 cases).Results: six months after operation, GOS score showed that the prognosis of ICP monitoring group was better than that of control group (P 0.05), and the usage of mannitol and the length of stay in ICP monitoring group were better than those in control group. There was no difference between the two groups in terms of postoperative delayed hematoma and intracranial infection (P 0.05).Conclusion the monitoring of ICP plays a positive role in the postoperative treatment of craniocerebral trauma, which is helpful to the recovery of prognosis and rational use of drugs, and does not increase the incidence of postoperative complications.
