【摘要】：目的探討老年膿毒癥患者的腸屏障變化情況及其與預(yù)后的相關(guān)性。方法選擇老年膿毒癥患者119例,根據(jù)膿毒癥嚴重程度分為輕中度膿毒癥組68例和重度膿毒癥組51例,按照28 d預(yù)后分為預(yù)后良好組76例和預(yù)后不良組43例。檢測血漿D-乳酸、二胺氧化酶(DAO)及腸型脂肪酸結(jié)合蛋白(IFABP)含量。比較不同組別組急性生理學(xué)及慢性健康狀況評分系統(tǒng)(APACHE)Ⅱ評分、D-乳酸、DAO及IFABP含量變化。結(jié)果重度膿毒癥組APACHEⅡ評分高于輕中度膿毒癥組(P0.05);重度膿毒癥組血漿D-乳酸、DAO及IFABP含量高于輕中度膿毒癥組(P0.05);預(yù)后不良組APACHEⅡ評分高于預(yù)后良好組(P0.05);預(yù)后不良組血漿D-乳酸、DAO及IFABP含量高于預(yù)后良好組(P0.05)。結(jié)論腸屏障功能血漿D-乳酸、DAO及IFABP與老年膿毒癥患者病情嚴重程度及預(yù)后判斷密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of intestinal barrier in elderly patients with sepsis and its correlation with prognosis. Methods 119 elderly patients with sepsis were divided into mild to moderate sepsis group (n = 68) and severe sepsis group (n = 51) according to the severity of sepsis. According to the prognosis of 28 days, the patients were divided into good prognosis group (76 cases) and poor prognosis group (43 cases).
