【摘要】：正1病例資料患者,男性,42歲,3歲始出現(xiàn)頭皮破潰并感染,多年來反復(fù)間斷性出現(xiàn),均可自愈。2015年1月及12月兩次在當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院行手術(shù)擴創(chuàng)治療,療效不佳,轉(zhuǎn)至我院,門診擬"顱骨缺損并感染"收治入院。入院查體:患者神智清楚,生命體征平穩(wěn);創(chuàng)面位于頭顱后頂枕部,約11cm×12cm;局部頭皮及顱骨缺損,硬腦膜外露,色粉紅,表面有角質(zhì)層附著;缺損邊緣處部分潛腔形成,深約3cm,周圍膿性分泌物較多并伴有惡
