摘要：

目的：觀察丁苯酞氯化鈉注射液治療急性腦梗死的臨床療效。方法將90例急性腦梗死患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各45例，將兩組患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧分析。結(jié)果治療前對(duì)照組和觀察組比較無顯著差異，治療7天及治療14天時(shí)觀察組NIHSS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組，BI評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論丁苯酞氯化鈉注射液治療急性腦梗死療效顯著，能夠改善神經(jīng)功能缺損，提高患者生活質(zhì)量，且無明顯不良反應(yīng)，值得臨床推廣。

Abstract： 

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group,the clinical data of two patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results Before treatment,the observation group and the control group showed no significant difference,7 days of treatment and at the 14 day of treatment were observed in group NIHSS were lower than those of the control group,the score of BI was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistical y significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection significant curative effect on treating acute cerebral infarction,can improve neurological function,improve the quality of life of patients,and no significant adverse reactions,is worth the clinical promotion.
