【摘要】：目的探討經(jīng)乳暈單孔胸腔鏡交感神經(jīng)切斷術(shù)治療手汗癥的可行性。方法 2013年1月~2014年1月行經(jīng)乳暈單孔胸腔鏡交感神經(jīng)切斷術(shù)12例,術(shù)前采用多汗癥嚴(yán)重程度量表進(jìn)行多汗癥分級(jí),其中3級(jí)4例,4級(jí)8例。使用5 mm胸腔鏡,經(jīng)乳暈作一6 mm切口,用電鉤行T3、T4胸交感神經(jīng)鏈切斷術(shù)。結(jié)果 12例手術(shù)均順利完成,手術(shù)時(shí)間(18.2±4.5)min,術(shù)中出血量5 ml,術(shù)后住院1~2日。12例術(shù)后隨訪12~18個(gè)月,平均14.5月,術(shù)后評(píng)級(jí)1級(jí)5例,2級(jí)7例。一過性代償性多汗3例。結(jié)論經(jīng)乳暈單孔胸腔鏡胸交感神經(jīng)切斷術(shù)治療手汗癥具有可行性,但例數(shù)有限,有待進(jìn)一步論證。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility of single hole thoracoscopic sympathectomy for the treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis. Methods from January 2013 to January 2014, 12 patients with palmar hyperhidrosis underwent thoracoscopic sympathectomy through areola. Preoperative hyperhidrosis severity scale was used to grade hyperhidrosis, of which 4 cases were grade 3, 4 cases were grade 4, 5 mm thoracoscope and 6 mm incision via areola. Results the operation was performed successfully in 12 cases, the operative time was 18.2 鹵4.5 min, the blood loss was 5 ml, and the postoperative hospitalization was 1 ~ 2nd. 12 cases were followed up for 12 ~ 18 months (mean 14.5 months). There were 5 cases with grade 1 and 7 cases with grade 2 after operation and 3 cases with transient compensatory hyperhidrosis. Conclusion it is feasible to treat palmar hyperhidrosis by thoracoscopic thoracoscopic sympathectomy via areola, but the number of cases is limited, which needs further demonstration.
