【摘要】：目的探討熱毒寧注射液對(duì)膿毒癥致急性呼吸窘迫綜合征(ARDS)的治療效果。方法將ICU住院治療的膿毒癥致ARDS患者58例隨機(jī)分為觀察組、對(duì)照組各29例,兩組均給予機(jī)械通氣及其他臨床基礎(chǔ)治療;觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上靜滴熱毒寧注射液20 m L,1次/d;兩組療程均為10 d。治療前后分別采集兩組外周血,進(jìn)行白細(xì)胞(WBC)計(jì)數(shù);檢測(cè)血清CRP、降鈣素原(PCT);檢測(cè)PaO_2、Pa CO2,計(jì)算氧合指數(shù)(PaO_2/FiO_2)。兩組治療前后分別進(jìn)行APACHEⅡ評(píng)分。比較兩組撤機(jī)成功率、ICU病死率、ICU住院時(shí)間及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果兩組治療后PaO_2、PaO_2/FiO_2均較治療前增加,Pa CO2、WBC計(jì)數(shù)及血清CRP、PCT、APACHEⅡ評(píng)分均較治療前降低,但觀察組上述改變更顯著(P均0.05)。觀察組ICU病死率及ICU住院時(shí)間、撤機(jī)時(shí)間均低于對(duì)照組,撤機(jī)成功率高于對(duì)照組,兩組比較P均0.05。兩組均未見(jiàn)明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論熱毒寧注射液治療膿毒癥致ARDS的臨床效果較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of Reduning injection on acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) caused by sepsis. Methods 58 patients with ARDS caused by sepsis who were hospitalized with ICU were randomly divided into observation group.
