【摘要】：目的探討熱毒寧注射液對膿毒癥致急性呼吸窘迫綜合征(ARDS)的治療效果。方法將ICU住院治療的膿毒癥致ARDS患者58例隨機分為觀察組、對照組各29例,兩組均給予機械通氣及其他臨床基礎治療;觀察組在此基礎上靜滴熱毒寧注射液20 m L,1次/d;兩組療程均為10 d。治療前后分別采集兩組外周血,進行白細胞(WBC)計數(shù);檢測血清CRP、降鈣素原(PCT);檢測PaO_2、Pa CO2,計算氧合指數(shù)(PaO_2/FiO_2)。兩組治療前后分別進行APACHEⅡ評分。比較兩組撤機成功率、ICU病死率、ICU住院時間及不良反應。結(jié)果兩組治療后PaO_2、PaO_2/FiO_2均較治療前增加,Pa CO2、WBC計數(shù)及血清CRP、PCT、APACHEⅡ評分均較治療前降低,但觀察組上述改變更顯著(P均0.05)。觀察組ICU病死率及ICU住院時間、撤機時間均低于對照組,撤機成功率高于對照組,兩組比較P均0.05。兩組均未見明顯不良反應。結(jié)論熱毒寧注射液治療膿毒癥致ARDS的臨床效果較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of Reduning injection on acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) caused by sepsis. Methods 58 patients with ARDS caused by sepsis who were hospitalized with ICU were randomly divided into observation group. In the control group, 29 cases were treated with mechanical ventilation and other basic clinical treatment. On the basis of this, the observation group received intravenous drip of 20 mL of RDNI for one time per day; The course of treatment in both groups was 10 days.
