腺嘌呤核苷受體介導(dǎo)腫瘤壞死因子-α開放血腫瘤屏障的作用及其機(jī)制
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of tumor necrosis factor- 偽 (TNF- 偽) in opening the blood-tumor barrier and its possible mechanism. Methods the blood tumor barrier model was established in vitro. At different time points after TNF- 偽 administration, the heat shock protein 70 (heat shock protein70,HSP70 (HSP70) and adenosine A1 receptor (adenosine A1 receptor) of glioma cells were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot assay. A1R) expression level; The permeability of blood tumor barrier model in vitro was detected by fluorescence assay. Results after TNF- 偽 administration, the expression of HSP70 increased in glioma cells, and reached the highest level at 30 min. The expression of A1R in C6 cells also increased significantly after TNF- 偽 administration, and gradually decreased after the peak of 120 min. The permeability of blood tumor barrier was also decreased after TNF- 偽 was given to 120 min. Conclusion the expression of HSP70 in glioma cells treated with TNF- 偽 is increased, and the increased HSP70 may increase the expression of A1R through some internal mechanism, thus increasing the permeability of blood tumor barrier.
