初斷乳雄性SD大鼠鉛損傷動(dòng)物模型的建立

【摘要】:目的建立初斷乳雄性SD大鼠鉛損傷動(dòng)物模型,用于研究鉛對(duì)動(dòng)物主要器官組織系統(tǒng)的損害。方法選取45只初斷乳雄性SD大鼠,分層隨機(jī)分成正常對(duì)照組、1‰和4‰濃度乙酸鉛水劑量組,以自由飲用方式進(jìn)行染毒28 d,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí)處死動(dòng)物,進(jìn)行各種生理指標(biāo)及肝、腦、股骨鉛含量檢測(cè)。結(jié)果與飲用蒸餾水組相比,隨著乙酸鉛濃度的增加,雄性SD大鼠各項(xiàng)生理指標(biāo)都反映出鉛損傷跡象,肝、腦及股骨中的鉛含量都呈升高趨勢(shì),飲用1‰和4‰乙酸鉛水兩個(gè)劑量組大鼠肝臟和股骨中鉛含量有顯著性升高(F=37.555,P㩳0.01;F=36.67,P㩳0.01),飲用4‰乙酸鉛水劑量組大鼠腦中鉛含量也有顯著性升高(F=26.363,P㩳0.01)結(jié)論初斷乳雄性SD大鼠飲用含乙酸鉛蒸餾水建立動(dòng)物鉛損傷模型是一種簡(jiǎn)便、可靠、易于控制的方法,可用于對(duì)大鼠鉛損傷的研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish an animal model of lead damage in male SD rats with first weaning, and to study the damage of lead to the main organs and tissues of animals. Methods 45 male SD rats with first weaning were selected.
