【摘要】：為了篩選出能夠誘導(dǎo)hUC-MSCs成脂或成骨分化的微生物代謝物,將hUC-MSCs接種于96孔板中,并加入代謝物篩選樣品,通過(guò)觀察細(xì)胞形態(tài)學(xué)變化,以及油紅染色、堿性磷酸酶染色鑒定hUC-MSCs的成脂、成骨分化。從446種微生物代謝物中篩選出一種具有明顯誘導(dǎo)hUC-MSCs成脂分化的微生物代謝物。
[Abstract]:In order to screen out microbial metabolites that could induce adipogenic or osteogenic differentiation of hUC-MSCs, hUC-MSCs was inoculated into 96-well plate, and metabolites were added to screen samples. The changes of cell morphology and oil red staining were observed. Alkaline phosphatase staining (ALP) was used to identify the adipogenic and osteogenic differentiation of hUC-MSCs, and a microbial metabolite was screened out of 446 microbial metabolites which could induce the adipogenic differentiation of hUC-MSCs.
