【摘要】：正子宮頸癌是女性生殖系統(tǒng)中最常見的腫瘤之一,近幾年子宮頸癌的發(fā)病率呈逐年上升且發(fā)病年齡日趨年輕化[1]。在臨床工作中對子宮頸癌及癌前病變的篩查要求越來越高。目前各大醫(yī)院相繼開展FISH技術(shù)檢測子宮頸h TERC基因檢測應用。同時已有很多子宮頸液基細胞涂片F(xiàn)ISH技術(shù)檢測的相關報道。而子宮頸石蠟包埋切片F(xiàn)ISH技術(shù)檢查子宮頸h TERC基因在臨床應用比較少。本文針對子宮頸石蠟包
[Abstract]:Positive cervical cancer is one of the most common tumors in the female reproductive system. In recent years, the incidence of cervical cancer is increasing year by year and the age of cervical cancer is getting younger [1]. Screening for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions is increasingly demanding in clinical work. At present, FISH technique has been used to detect h TERC gene in cervix. At the same time, there have been many related reports of cervical liquid-based cell smear FISH detection. However, the detection of h TERC gene by FISH in paraffin embedded section of cervix was less in clinical application. This article aims at cervix paraffin.
