【摘要】：為了解山東省飼料原料及配合飼料中霉菌毒素含量及污染狀況,本研究隨機(jī)采集山東各地飼料原料373份,配合飼料92份,利用直接競爭酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法分別測定黃曲霉毒素B_1(AFB_1)、玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)和嘔吐毒素(DON)含量。結(jié)果表明:飼料原料中AFB_1污染率為33.51%,超標(biāo)率為14.40%;DON污染率為93.03%,超標(biāo)率為46.11%;ZEN污染率為58.45%,超標(biāo)率為20.64%。玉米及其副產(chǎn)物和次粉應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注AFB_1、ZEN和DON 3種毒素的污染,餅粕類飼料(花生餅粕除外)和米糠應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注DON污染狀況,配合飼料應(yīng)關(guān)注鴨飼料中DON的污染,肉仔鴨及生長雞和產(chǎn)蛋雞的ZEN和AFB_1污染。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the content and pollution of mycotoxin in feed raw materials and compounding feed in Shandong province, 373 feed materials and 92 mixed feed samples were collected randomly in Shandong province.Direct competitive enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) was used to determine the contents of aflatoxin B _ (1) AFB _ (1) Zen and vomit toxin (DON) respectively.The results showed that the pollution rate of AFB_1 was 33.51, the rate of exceeding the standard was 14.40%, the pollution rate of don was 93.03, the rate of exceeding the standard was 46.11%, the pollution rate of Zen was 58.4545, and the rate of exceeding the standard was 20.64%.Maize, its by-products and secondary meal should pay more attention to the pollution of AFB1Zen and DON, the feed of cake (except peanut cake) and rice bran should focus on the pollution of DON, the mixed feed should pay attention to the pollution of DON in the feed of duck.ZEN and AFB_1 pollution in broiler ducks, growing chickens and laying hens.
