【摘要】：目的探討柔木丹顆粒治療乙型肝炎肝纖維化的臨床療效。方法將67例乙型肝炎肝纖維化患者隨機(jī)分為2組,治療組37例應(yīng)用柔木丹顆粒治療,對(duì)照組30例采用大黃蟄蟲丸治療,3個(gè)月為1個(gè)療程,總療程為1年,觀察2組肝功能指標(biāo)、血清肝纖維化指標(biāo)、APRI及門靜脈和脾靜脈寬度變化情況。結(jié)果療程結(jié)束后,治療組總有效率為75.7%,對(duì)照組為66.7%,2組療效相當(dāng)(P0.05);2組治療后肝功能指標(biāo)、APRI、血清肝纖維化指標(biāo)以及癥狀評(píng)分均明顯改善(P均0.05),且治療組癥狀評(píng)分(右脅部疼痛不適、肢體乏力、癥狀總積分)、APRI、HA改善情況均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。結(jié)論柔木丹顆粒治療乙型肝炎肝纖維化與大黃蟄蟲丸療效相當(dāng),值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Ruomudan granule in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis. Methods 67 patients with hepatitis B hepatic fibrosis were randomly divided into two groups. 37 patients in the treatment group were treated with Ruomudan granule, and 30 patients in the control group were treated with rhubarb Zhengshi Pill for 3 months as a course of treatment for 1 year. The changes of liver function index, serum hepatic fibrosis index, APRI, portal vein and spleen vein width were observed in the two groups. Results at the end of the course of treatment, the total effective rate was 75.7% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group. After treatment, the indexes of liver function, serum hepatic fibrosis index and symptom score of APRI, in the two groups were significantly improved, and the improvement of APRI,HA in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the improvement of APRI,HA in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the therapeutic effect of Ruomudan granule on hepatitis B liver fibrosis is the same as that of rhubarb Zhengshi Pill, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
