【摘要】：目的探討早期小劑量普瑞巴林預(yù)防老年帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛的臨床效果。方法選擇近一年時(shí)間內(nèi)在我院住院治療的老年帶狀皰疹患者共計(jì)100例,按隨機(jī)原則將100例患者分成觀察組和對(duì)照組,每組50例患者。兩組患者均給予靜滴更昔洛韋針,口服甲鈷胺片,聯(lián)合紅光治療;觀察組患者在此基礎(chǔ)上給予口服小劑量普瑞巴林進(jìn)行治療。結(jié)果兩組患者治療前的VAS評(píng)分比較,P0.05差異不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;兩組患者治療后的VAS評(píng)分比較差異顯著,其中觀察組患者的VAS評(píng)分顯著較低,P0.05差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。觀察組患者后遺神經(jīng)痛發(fā)生率為0,對(duì)照組患者后遺神經(jīng)痛發(fā)生率為10.0%(5/50),P0.05差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。觀察組患者嗜睡1例、頭暈2例,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為6.0%,對(duì)照組患者上腹部不適2例,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率4.0%,P0.05差異不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論早期應(yīng)用小劑量普瑞巴林可快速緩解老年帶狀皰疹患者急性期的疼痛癥狀,對(duì)于降低患者后遺神經(jīng)痛發(fā)生率,改善患者生活質(zhì)量具有顯著的作用,且具有較好的臨床安全性和耐受性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of early low dose prednisone in the prevention of postherpetic neuropain in the elderly. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with herpes zoster who were hospitalized in our hospital in recent one year were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). Both groups were treated with ganciclovir intravenous injection, oral mecobalamin tablets combined with red light, while the patients in the observation group were treated with oral low dose prednisolone. Results there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment, and there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups after treatment, and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the observation group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.
