【摘要】：正患者周某,男,36歲,漢族,浙江省瑞安市人,從事鍛造行業(yè),現(xiàn)住瑞安市區(qū)。2016年11月末常感覺肛門瘙癢,排便時發(fā)現(xiàn)乳白色節(jié)片,長約10 cm。12月7日出現(xiàn)胃脹、胃痛,至瑞安市人民醫(yī)院行胃鏡檢查,未見明顯異常。此后,患者陸續(xù)排出節(jié)片。2017年2月3日自行服用史克腸蟲清驅(qū)蟲(劑量不詳),次日排出大量白色節(jié)片。2月26日患者又排出大量節(jié)片(可蠕動),遂攜帶節(jié)片到瑞安市人民醫(yī)院進行蟲體鑒定,醫(yī)院擬診斷為"豬帶絳蟲節(jié)片",囑其到上級醫(yī)療機構(gòu)作進一步鑒定。3月1日患者攜節(jié)片至溫州醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院、溫州醫(yī)科大學(xué)寄生蟲
[Abstract]:Zhou Mou, male, 36 years old, Han nationality, Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, engaged in forging industry, now lives in Ruian urban area. At the end of November 2016, milky white slices were often found when defecating, stomach distension and stomachache occurred on the 7th of 10 cm.12, and no obvious abnormality was found in Ruian people's Hospital. Since then, the patients have discharged node tablets one after another. On February 3, 2017, they took Shike Changshiqing to exorcise insects (the dose is unknown), and the next day, a large number of white slices were discharged. On February 26, the patients discharged a large number of slices (peristaltic), so they took them to Ruian people's Hospital for insect body identification, and the hospital intended to be diagnosed as "Taenia solium". He was told to go to a higher medical institution for further identification. On March 1, the patient took the joint tablets to the first affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University and the parasite of Wenzhou Medical University.
