【摘要】：正耐多藥結(jié)核病(MDR-TB)是結(jié)核病預(yù)防和控制的最大挑戰(zhàn),也是導(dǎo)致結(jié)核病患者死亡的最主要的原因。MDR-TB流行與肺結(jié)核死亡率和發(fā)病率增加密切相關(guān),部分原因是由耐藥結(jié)核病的診療延誤和治療失效導(dǎo)致的耐多藥結(jié)核病(MDR-TB)由至少對利福平和異煙肼兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵一線抗結(jié)核藥物同時(shí)耐藥的結(jié)核分枝桿
[Abstract]:Positive multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) is the biggest challenge to tuberculosis prevention and control, and is also the leading cause of death among tuberculosis patients. The MDR-TB epidemic is closely related to the increase in tuberculosis mortality and incidence. This is partly due to the fact that multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB), which is caused by delays in the diagnosis and treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis, branches from at least two key antituberculosis drugs, rifampicin and isoniazid, which are simultaneously resistant to drugs.
