【摘要】：目的了解云南省男性流動人群艾滋病高危行為現(xiàn)況,為制定干預(yù)策略提供依據(jù)。方法采用社區(qū)概率抽樣方法和整群抽樣法對云南省保山市、紅河州、昆明市3個州(市)男性流動人群進行橫斷面調(diào)查,通過一對一問卷調(diào)查,收集人口學(xué)及高危行為等相關(guān)信息,采用SPSS17.0進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果被調(diào)查對象共2 405人,艾滋病總知曉率為95.8%,紅河州流動人群知曉率低于保山及昆明(χ2=101.846,47.75,均P0.01);最近1年與配偶發(fā)生性行為安全套使用率為3.8%;最近1年有5.0%的調(diào)查對象與臨時性伴發(fā)生過性行為,安全套使用率為27.3%;最近1年4.4%的調(diào)查對象與暗娼發(fā)生過商業(yè)性行為,安全套使用率為36.2%。多因素Logistic回歸顯示,被調(diào)查對象與臨時性伴及暗娼發(fā)生性行為時未堅持使用安全套的主要危險因素有:未婚、年齡大于35歲、本地居住12個月以上、屬于建筑工人、對艾滋病知識不知曉。總吸毒率為0.2%(5/2 405)。接受艾滋病咨詢檢測干預(yù)的比例為65.8%,接受同伴教育總干預(yù)比例為28.4%,最近1年做過艾滋病檢測并知曉結(jié)果的比例為27.1%。結(jié)論艾滋病知識知曉率較高,安全套使用率較低,干預(yù)力度及覆蓋面有待提高。應(yīng)重點加大建筑工人、單身、大年齡、外出時間較長及對艾滋病知識知曉較少的流動人群的干預(yù)力度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the high risk behavior of AIDS among male floating population in Yunnan Province and to provide evidence for the formulation of intervention strategies. Methods Community probability sampling method and cluster sampling method were used to investigate the male floating population in Baoshan City, Honghe Prefecture and Kunming City, Yunnan Province. through one-to-one questionnaire survey, the related information such as demography and high risk behavior were collected and statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0.
