【摘要】：目的了解南充市在校大學(xué)生皮膚蠕形螨感染率及相關(guān)影響因素,為有效控制皮膚蠕形螨感染提供參考。方法采用透明膠紙法和擠粘結(jié)合法對(duì)南充市3所高校1 139名學(xué)生蠕形螨感染情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的問(wèn)卷對(duì)感染相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果被調(diào)查學(xué)生蠕形螨感染率為48.3%(550/1 139),男生感染率(53.0%)高于女生(45.2%)(χ2=6.643,P=0.010);所有感染者中,主要以單純毛囊蠕形螨(56.2%)和輕度感染(65.5%)者為主;有、無(wú)面部皮膚病者感染率(49.9%,46.8%)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=1.132,P=0.287),使用化妝品的學(xué)生感染率(44.8%)低于不使用者(51.4%)(χ2=5.021,P=0.025);平時(shí)清水洗臉、洗面奶、香皂或藥皂洗臉者蠕形螨感染率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=3.352,P=0.187);干性皮膚感染率(26.9%)低于油性(49.3%)和混合性皮膚者(50.8%)(χ2=18.817,P0.01)。結(jié)論南充市高校大學(xué)生蠕形螨感染較高,尤其是男生,油性皮膚類(lèi)型和不使用化妝品和護(hù)膚品是感染的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection rate and related influencing factors of skin Demodex among college students in Nanchong City, and to provide reference for effective control of skin Demodex infection.
