【摘要】：目的通過分析血漿(1,3)-β-D葡聚糖(G試驗)、真菌培養(yǎng)結果與真菌感染的相關性,探討G試驗在深部真菌感染(DFI)快速診斷中的臨床價值。方法選擇2013年9月-2016年1月,861例疑診為DFI的患者進行G試驗及真菌培養(yǎng),分析G試驗與真菌培養(yǎng)對DFI的診斷效率。結果在疑診為DFI 861例患者中,臨床診斷為DFI組181例,非DFI組680例。G試驗與真菌培養(yǎng)陽性率分別為29.27%(252/861)和21.37%(184/861),兩者比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。G試驗診斷DFI的敏感性、特異性、陽性預測值、陰性預測值及準確度分別為89.50%、86.76%、64.29%、96.88%和87.34%;真菌培養(yǎng)診斷DFI的敏感性、特異性、陽性預測值、陰性預測值及準確度分別為59.12%、88.68%、58.15%、89.07%和82.46%。結論 G試驗在快速、早期診斷DFI中有重要臨床價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the correlation between plasma (1, 3)-尾-D dextran (G test), fungal culture results and fungal infection, and to explore the clinical value of G test in the rapid diagnosis of deep fungal infection (DFI).
