【摘要】：目的調(diào)查吡嗪酰胺治療肺結(jié)核患者前后血尿酸水平變化,并探討苯溴馬隆治療對其的影響,為臨床用藥提供參考。方法隨機(jī)選取2013—2014年來該院治療的197例肺結(jié)核患者為研究組,84例非結(jié)核性呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病患者以及84例正常體檢者為對照組,比較三組樣本血尿酸水平的差異;觀察肺結(jié)核患者接受吡嗪酰胺治療前后血尿酸水平的變化;以及苯溴馬隆干預(yù)治療后血尿酸水平的變化。結(jié)果三組人群入院時(shí)的血尿酸水平差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=2.53,P=0.280);入院時(shí)三組中高尿酸血癥發(fā)生率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=6.415,P=0.041);197例肺結(jié)核患者中有10例初始為高尿酸血癥患者,對187例正常尿酸水平患者使用吡嗪酰胺治療后140例(74.87%)患者血尿酸水平超過正常值,治療前后尿酸水平差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=26.65,P0.001);對其中血尿酸持續(xù)性增高的31例患者使用苯溴馬隆干預(yù)后26例(83.87%)血尿酸水平明顯降低,兩者的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=3.31,P=0.0024)。結(jié)論肺結(jié)核患者使用吡嗪酰胺抗結(jié)核治療后血尿酸水平增高明顯,但不影響多數(shù)患者繼續(xù)治療。對于持續(xù)性增高患者使用苯溴馬隆干預(yù)可有效控制血尿酸水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of serum uric acid level in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated with pyrazinamide before and after treatment, and to explore the effect of benzomalone treatment on it, so as to provide reference for clinical use. Methods 197 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital since 2014 were randomly selected as study group, 84 patients with non-tuberculosis respiratory diseases and 84 normal controls as control group, and the changes of serum uric acid level in pulmonary tuberculosis patients before and after pyrazinamide treatment were observed, and the changes of serum uric acid level in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis before and after treatment with pyrazinamide were observed.
