【摘要】：目的了解2010-2014年渠縣不同人群HIV感染狀況及感染特點(diǎn),為渠縣艾滋病監(jiān)測(cè)和防治提供依據(jù)。方法對(duì)渠縣2010-2014年不同人群的檢測(cè)資料和流行病學(xué)資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 5年共檢測(cè)標(biāo)本246 818份,檢HIV抗體陽(yáng)性208份,陽(yáng)性率0.84‰。HIV抗體陽(yáng)性率分別為:自愿咨詢檢測(cè)者25.54‰,專項(xiàng)監(jiān)測(cè)人群1.05‰,住院人群0.45‰,獻(xiàn)血漿人群0.03‰。HIV感染人群分布為:年齡以青壯年居多,20~49歲占52.40%;性別男性多于女性,占75.48%;職業(yè)以農(nóng)民居多,占54.33%;文化程度以小學(xué)和初中者為主,分別占37.02%和29.81%;地區(qū)主要是本地籍人員,占96.15%。傳播途徑以性傳播為主,占97.12%。結(jié)論渠縣HIV感染狀況不容樂(lè)觀,HIV感染人群主要為自愿咨詢檢測(cè)者;傳播途徑主要為性傳播。應(yīng)繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)監(jiān)測(cè)范圍,加強(qiáng)對(duì)青少年及老年人的生活方式教育及性安全知識(shí)的普及,以遏制艾滋病在我縣的流行和蔓延。
