【摘要】：目的了解漣水縣現(xiàn)存慢性絲蟲病患者現(xiàn)狀。方法對登記在冊的慢性絲蟲病患者逐一進(jìn)行走訪,調(diào)查每名患者的臨床體征及1年內(nèi)病情發(fā)作情況。結(jié)果截至2014年,漣水縣現(xiàn)存慢性絲蟲病患者361例,分布于23個鄉(xiāng)(鎮(zhèn))。男性128例,女性233例,農(nóng)民占98.34%,70歲及以上者占63.71%。患者臨床體征包括下肢淋巴液腫、乳糜尿、淋巴管(結(jié))炎和鞘膜積液,分別占87.81%、18.56%、12.74%、2.49%,同時(shí)兼有2種及以上體征者占8.86%。在下肢淋巴液腫中,Ⅰ~Ⅲ期占97.79%,Ⅳ期及以上占2.21%。2014年,28.36%的乳糜尿患者和45.65%的淋巴管(結(jié))炎患者病情出現(xiàn)反復(fù)。結(jié)論應(yīng)繼續(xù)積極開展慢性絲蟲病患者的關(guān)懷和照料,以減輕其痛苦,提高生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the present situation of chronic filariasis in Lianshui County. Methods the registered patients with chronic filariasis were interviewed one by one, and the clinical signs and seizures of each patient within one year were investigated. Results up to 2014, there were 361 patients with chronic filariasis in Lianshui County, which were distributed in 23 townships (towns). There were 128 males and 233 females, 98.34% of them were farmers, 63.71% of them were 70 years old and over. The clinical signs of the patients included lower extremity lymphoid edema, chyluria, lymphangitis and hydrocele, accounting for 87.81%, 18.56%, 12.74% and 2.49%, respectively.
