結(jié)核病患者中性粒細(xì)胞L選擇素的表達(dá)及意義

【摘要】:目的檢測(cè)結(jié)核病患者外周血中性粒細(xì)胞(PMN)體外感染結(jié)核分枝桿菌(M.tb)前后L選擇素(CD62L)的表達(dá)情況,并探討CD62L在結(jié)核病的發(fā)展過(guò)程中的作用。方法應(yīng)用流式細(xì)胞術(shù)檢測(cè)結(jié)核病患者PMN表面CD62L的表達(dá),同時(shí)檢測(cè)正常人PMN的CD62L表達(dá)率;體外感染M.tb后,再檢測(cè)結(jié)核病患者和正常人PMN的CD62L表達(dá)率。結(jié)果結(jié)核病患者PMN表面高表達(dá)CD62L,與正常人PMN表面CD62L表達(dá)無(wú)明顯差異;感染M.tb后,結(jié)核病患者和正常人PMN表面CD62L表達(dá)率顯著降低(P0.05)。結(jié)論結(jié)核病患者PMN表面CD62L參與了PMN的趨化過(guò)程,在結(jié)核炎癥反應(yīng)中發(fā)揮重要作用,推動(dòng)結(jié)核病的發(fā)展過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:Objective To detect the expression of L-selectin (CD62L) in the peripheral blood of patients with tuberculosis (PM62L) and to explore the role of CD62L in the development of tuberculosis. Methods The expression of CD62L in PMN was detected by flow cytometry, and the expression rate of CD62L in normal human PMN was detected. Results The expression of CD62L on PMN surface in patients with tuberculosis was not significantly different from that of normal human PMN, and the expression rate of CD62L was significantly lower in patients with tuberculosis and normal controls (P0.05). Conclusion CD62L on PMN surface of patients with tuberculosis is involved in the chemotactic process of PMN, plays an important role in the reaction of tuberculosis, and promotes the development of tuberculosis.
