【摘要】：正1 PGE2前列腺素E2(Prostaglandin E2,PGE2)是花生四烯酸(Arachidonic acid,AA)在環(huán)氧合酶(Cyclooxygenase,COX)作用下代謝形成的五大重要代謝產(chǎn)物之一,與其他四種產(chǎn)物PGF2α、PGD2、PGI及血栓烷A2(Thromboxane,TXA2)被統(tǒng)稱為前列腺素。1.1 PGE2合成代謝PGE2的合成源自細(xì)胞膜上的磷脂(Phospholipd)在磷脂酶A2(Phospholipase A2,PLA2)作用下轉(zhuǎn)化生成游離AA的過程[1]。游
