【摘要】：目的觀察和評(píng)價(jià)1%盧立康唑乳膏治療足癬的有效性和安全性。方法采用隨機(jī)、單盲、陽性藥物對(duì)照研究,將入選患者按照試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)隨機(jī)分成2組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組外用1%盧立康唑乳膏,每日1次,共2周,對(duì)照組外用1%特比萘芬乳膏,每日1次,共2周。開始用藥后第2周評(píng)價(jià)臨床和真菌學(xué)療效。結(jié)果 86例真菌鏡檢陽性的患者隨機(jī)分成2組,每組43例,最后59例患者進(jìn)入療效分析。用藥2周時(shí),盧立康唑組、特比萘芬組臨床有效率分別為96.97%和96.15%(P0.05),真菌清除率分別為81.82%和80.77%(P0.05),兩組差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 1%盧立康唑乳膏外用治療足癬安全有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of 1% Lucconazole cream in the treatment of tinea pedis. Methods A random, single-blind, positive drug control study was conducted. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the design of the trial. The experimental group was treated with 1% Lucconazole cream once a day for 2 weeks, and the control group was treated with 1% terbinafine cream. Once a day for 2 weeks. The clinical and mycological effects were evaluated at the 2nd week after the start of medication. Results 86 patients with positive fungal microscopic examination were randomly divided into two groups, 43 patients in each group, and 59 patients in the last 59 patients were enrolled in the curative effect analysis. After 2 weeks of treatment, the clinical effective rates of Lucconazole group and terbinafine group were 96.97% and 96.15% (P 0.05), and the fungal clearance rates were 88.82% and 80.77% (P 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion 1% Lucconazole cream is safe and effective in the treatment of tinea pedis.
