【摘要】：目的了解2006-2013年濟南市歷城區(qū)的水痘疫情的流行病學特征,為制定控制水痘流行的措施提供科學依據(jù)。方法收集中國疾病預(yù)防控制信息系統(tǒng)中2006-2013年濟南市歷城區(qū)的水痘個案病例疫情信息,采用描述流行病學方法分析水痘的流行病學特征。結(jié)果 2006-2013年濟南市歷城區(qū)共報告水痘5 188例,8年平均發(fā)病率為62.61/10萬,城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部地區(qū)發(fā)病高于偏遠農(nóng)村地區(qū),呈現(xiàn)春冬季兩個發(fā)病高峰。病例中男性多于女性,以學生、幼托兒童、散居兒童為主,3~5歲年齡組發(fā)病率最高,其次為6~8歲年齡組,發(fā)病率分別為529.26/10萬和450.79/10萬。結(jié)論兒童為水痘的高發(fā)人群,應(yīng)重點加強托幼機構(gòu)和學校的水痘防控工作;盡快制定并實施2針水痘疫苗的免疫策略,并將其納入擴大免疫規(guī)劃,切實提高水痘疫苗接種率和及時接種率,可有效降低水痘發(fā)病率,減輕水痘的疾病負擔。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of varicella in Licheng District of Jinan in 2006-2013, and to provide scientific basis for the development of the measures to control the epidemic of varicella. Methods The information of the case of varicella in the Licheng District of Jinan was collected from 2006 to 2013 in the information system of the disease prevention and control of China, and the epidemiological characteristics of the varicella were analyzed by means of the descriptive epidemiological method. Results There were 5 188 cases of varicella in the Licheng District of Jinan in 2006-2013, the average incidence of 8 years was 62.61/ 100,000, and the incidence of the joint area in the urban and rural areas was higher than that in the remote rural areas. The incidence of males and females in the case was the highest in the 3 to 5 year age group, followed by the age group of 6 to 8 years, with the incidence of 529.26/ 100,000 and 450.79/ 100,000 respectively. Conclusion The children with the high incidence of chickenpox should focus on the prevention and control of the chicken pox prevention and control of the children and the school, and develop and implement the immunization strategy of the 2-pin varicella vaccine as soon as possible. Can effectively reduce the incidence of the varicella and reduce the disease burden of the varicella.
