昆明、大理和景洪市售螺類廣州管圓線蟲感染情況分析

【摘要】:目的調(diào)查昆明、大理和景洪市售的食用螺類感染廣州管圓線蟲情況,探索和建立廣州管圓線蟲病防控機(jī)制。方法于2009-2014年每月2次對昆明、大理、景洪市場出售的食用福壽螺、圓田螺進(jìn)行定點(diǎn)監(jiān)測。每點(diǎn)采集福壽螺和圓田螺各50只以上,采用肺檢法和均漿法剖檢采集的螺類,統(tǒng)計廣州管圓線蟲感染情況。結(jié)果采集昆明、大理和景洪三地農(nóng)貿(mào)市場銷售的螺類51 693只,廣州管圓線蟲感染195只,感染率為0.38%。中華田園螺和銅繡環(huán)棱螺分別檢測2 030和683只,未檢出廣州管圓線蟲陽性螺;檢測福壽螺48 980只。螺類以2011年感染率最高,為0.55%(68/12441),2012年感染率最低,為0.21%(19/9 164),不同年份感染率間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=9.66,P0.05)。全年均可檢出廣州管圓線蟲感染螺類,不同季節(jié)感染率間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=76.87,P0.05)。2009-2014年間共報告廣州管圓線蟲病病例112例,疑似病例62例,臨床診斷病例50例;112例病例中大理州報告44例、昆明市報告19例、景洪市報告49例;大理和昆明共處置3起廣州管圓線蟲病暴發(fā)疫情,報告病例17例,無重癥和死亡病例。結(jié)論昆明市、大理市和景洪市農(nóng)貿(mào)市場銷售的福壽螺有廣州管圓線蟲感染,存在食品安全風(fēng)險,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)市場食品衛(wèi)生的監(jiān)督和健康教育以減少廣州管圓線蟲感染。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection of nematodes cantonensis by edible snails sold in Kunming, Dali and Jinghong markets, and to explore and establish the prevention and control mechanism of nematode cantonensis. Methods from 2009 to 2014, the edible snails and Oncomelania hupensis sold in Kunming, Dali and Jinghong markets were monitored twice a month.
