【摘要】：目的探討結(jié)核感染T細(xì)胞斑點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)(T-SPOT.TB)技術(shù)聯(lián)合胸水腺苷脫氨酶(ADA)和痰液結(jié)核桿菌(TB-DNA)測(cè)定對(duì)結(jié)核性胸膜炎的定性診斷,以達(dá)到早期診斷的目的。方法選取唐都醫(yī)院2014年7月-2015年12月收治的86例結(jié)核性胸膜炎患者作為試驗(yàn)組,80例非結(jié)核性胸膜炎患者作為對(duì)照組,均行T-SPOT.TB檢測(cè),同時(shí)聯(lián)合檢查患者胸水ADA和痰液TB-DNA,比較T-SPOT.TB、ADA和TB-DNA檢測(cè)與三者聯(lián)合檢測(cè)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。結(jié)果 86例結(jié)核性胸膜炎患者,T-SPOT.TB陽(yáng)性率為84.88%(73/86),ADA陽(yáng)性率為53.48%(46/86),痰液TB-DNA陽(yáng)性率為31.40%(27/86),三者聯(lián)合檢測(cè)陽(yáng)性率為93.02%(80/86)。結(jié)論 T-SPOT.TB檢測(cè)聯(lián)合ADA和痰液TB-DNA檢測(cè)對(duì)結(jié)核性胸膜炎的診斷有較高的敏感性,對(duì)疑似結(jié)核性胸膜炎患者的快速、準(zhǔn)確診斷具有重要的輔助診斷價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the qualitative diagnosis of tuberculosis pleurisy by T cell dot test (T-SPOT.TB) combined with adenosine deaminase (ADA) and sputum tuberculosis bacillus (TB-DNA) in order to achieve the purpose of early diagnosis.
