各型肝包蟲(chóng)囊腫的生物、物理、化學(xué)性狀改變的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】：目的：觀察不同分型的囊型肝包蟲(chóng)生物學(xué)、物理學(xué)、化學(xué)性狀變化，探討該變化是否遵循一定規(guī)律，，為肝包蟲(chóng)自然病程的研究提供參考。 方法：收集2012年10月1日至2013年12月31日所有肝包蟲(chóng)病人資料及包蟲(chóng)標(biāo)本50例，對(duì)不同類型的肝包蟲(chóng)囊腫進(jìn)行HE染色、玻璃管法測(cè)定囊內(nèi)壓，冰點(diǎn)法測(cè)定囊液滲透壓，酸度計(jì)法測(cè)定囊內(nèi)容物PH值，原子吸收法測(cè)量不同類型肝包蟲(chóng)囊腫囊內(nèi)容物中鈣的含量。 結(jié)果：各型包蟲(chóng)囊腫囊液PH值均為堿性，其中I型包蟲(chóng)囊腫囊液的PH值與人體PH值相同，從I型向Ⅳ型發(fā)展，其囊液PH值呈逐漸降低趨勢(shì)，Ⅰ型包蟲(chóng)囊腫囊內(nèi)壓力最高，Ⅳ型包蟲(chóng)囊腫囊內(nèi)壓力最低，從Ⅰ型至Ⅳ型包蟲(chóng)囊腫其囊內(nèi)壓力逐漸下降，從Ⅰ至Ⅲ型包蟲(chóng)囊腫，其囊液滲透壓逐漸增高，從Ⅰ型至Ⅴ型包蟲(chóng)囊腫其囊內(nèi)容物鈣離子含量逐漸增高，單囊型（Ⅰ型）和多子囊型（Ⅱ型）的肝包蟲(chóng)囊腫內(nèi)囊分為內(nèi)外兩層，內(nèi)層為生發(fā)層，可見(jiàn)有生殖細(xì)胞的頭節(jié)和生發(fā)囊；外層為多層的角質(zhì)層，白色半透明，并且有彈性。隨著分型的不同，在多數(shù)塌陷型（Ⅲ型）和實(shí)變型（Ⅳ型）、鈣化型（Ⅴ型）包蟲(chóng)囊腫，其內(nèi)囊生發(fā)層細(xì)胞逐漸脫落,角質(zhì)層板層分離,厚薄不等,結(jié)構(gòu)斷裂,著色度差且變薄。 結(jié)論：不同囊型肝包蟲(chóng)的影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)不同，其物理、化學(xué)、生物學(xué)性狀亦不相同，隨著包蟲(chóng)囊腫從Ⅰ型到Ⅴ型的變化，其囊內(nèi)環(huán)境呈有規(guī)律的變化，即囊液的PH值、囊內(nèi)壓力呈逐漸下降趨勢(shì)，囊液滲透壓及鈣離子含量呈逐漸升高趨勢(shì)，內(nèi)囊的完整性逐漸遭到破壞。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the changes of biological, physical and chemical characters of different types of cysticercosis, and to explore whether the changes follow certain rules, so as to provide reference for the study of the natural course of hepatic echinococcosis. Methods: from October 1, 2012 to December 31, 2013, all the data of hepatic hydatid cyst and 50 cases of hydatid cyst were collected. The different types of hepatic hydatid cyst were stained with HE, the intracapsule pressure was measured by glass tube method, and the osmotic pressure of cyst fluid was measured by freezing point method. Ph value was measured by acidity meter and calcium content in cyst contents of different types of hepatic hydatid cyst was measured by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). Results: the PH values of all types of hydatid cyst fluid were alkaline. The PH value of type I hydatid cyst fluid was the same as that of human body. From type I to type IV, the PH value of cyst fluid decreased gradually, and the pressure in the cyst of type I hydatid cyst was the highest.
